Our recreational program is designed to benefit each child’s skill level both physically and mentally. These classes emphasize proper form, technique, and skill progression in a positive, safe and fun environment. Not only do we use all of the Olympic apparatuses, we also have a 30 foot long tumble trampoline and two Olympic sized trampolines all set in-ground for extra safety.

Our preschool program is divided into two separate age groups for a fun and safe optimal learning environment.

Tiny Stars (Walking – 3 years old)

Full Parent Participation Required

Your tiny star will build self-confidence, coordination, strength, and a sense of independence all while having fun in a safe environment. Classes are centered around age-appropriate developmental movements. Your tiny star will climb, swing, balance, and jump their way through various obstacle courses using all pieces of gymnastic apparatuses.

Classes are 45 – minutes once a week


Mini Star (Age 4-5)

No Parent Needed

In this class, your mini star will discover all the great things gymnastics has to offer. Emphasis is on structured independence, enhancing gross motor skills, coordination, strength, and flexibility. The introduction of basic gymnastic skills and concepts through the use of progressions on all of the apparatuses.

A class specifically designed for the more experienced gymnast looking to continue to advance their gymnastic skills on a recreational level.

This class is specifically designed for the acro/dancer, cheerleader or tumbling enthusiast. Use of the spring floor, Tumble Trak, Olympic sized trampolines and specialty mats will teach proper body positions, spatial awareness and body control from beginner through advanced level tumbling skills.

Tumbling 1

In our Tumbling 1 class your child will learn basic tumbling skills. Forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, bridge, standing bridge, bridge kick over. This class is perfect for a beginner or someone that needs to perfect these skills.

Tumbling 2

In our Tumbling 2 class your child will learn handstand forward roll, handstand bridge kick over, back extension rolls, back walkover, front walkover, valdez, back limber, front limber. MUST HAVE STANDING BRIDGE

Tumbling 3

In our Tumbling 3 class your child will learn front handspring, standing back handspring, round off back handspring, front tucks, side aerials, connecting multiple skills together to form a tumbling pass. MUST HAVE ALL SKILLS FROM TUMBLING 2

Tumbling 4

In our Tumbling 4 class your child will learn standing back tuck, round off back handspring back tuck, standing back handspring back tuck, back layouts, front and back pike’s, twisting, front tuck step outs, front aerials, front handspring front tuck, connecting skills for an advanced tumbling pass. MUST HAVE ALL SKILLS FROM TUMBLING 3

 

These classes are 60 – minutes once a week

For girls who have shown incredible strength, flexibility, focus, and are ready for a little more. This class meets twice a week to help reinforce the basic skills and techniques giving the opportunity to work more advanced skills. Helping build a solid foundation for your future competitve gymnast.

This is more targeted for older girls that want to try out the competitive side of gymnastics, they will go on to follow the XCEL levels. Invitation Only.
