Registration Fee

An annual, non-refundable, and non-transferable registration fee is due upon enrollment at the beginning of the session in which a student first registers, and annually thereafter. The current fee is $30 per student.

This fee covers costs associated with online processing, administrative programming required for student verification in the IClassPro system, insurance coverage, and communication expenses. Please note that the registration fee is separate from tuition.

Payment Policy

  • Recreational Programs (Recreational Gymnastics, Recreational Parkour, Recreational Cheer): Tuition is billed on an 8-week session calendar.

  • Monthly Programs (Team & Recreational Dance, Team & Recreational Taekwondo, Pre-Team/Team Gymnastics, Competitive Cheer, Parkour Team): Tuition is billed monthly.

For classes billed monthly, tuition is based on a time period, not a specific number of classes. Each month may contain 3, 4, or 5 classes depending on holidays, weather, or gym closings. Tuition will not be prorated.

Enrollment is completed through the IClassPro Parent Portal. Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment. Class changes (day, time, or program) are permitted at any time, subject to availability.

A valid credit or debit card is required on file. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by the 7th, the card on file will be charged automatically. A $25 Late/Declined Payment Fee will be assessed for insufficient funds or declined transactions.

Enrollment continues automatically once a student is enrolled. To withdraw, families must log into their IClassPro Parent Portal and submit a Drop Request, or call the front desk.

Accounts that fall $1,000 or more past due are subject to dismissal. If the account is not settled within 30 days of removal, a small claim may be filed against the adult(s) listed on the account.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, whether made intentionally or in error.

Credit requests may be submitted; however, approval is at the sole discretion of All American Gymnastic & Dance Academy. All credit decisions are final.
