Through a structured focus on proper technique, form, and skill progression, our classes provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment where kids can thrive.
Athletes get hands-on experience with all Olympic gymnastics apparatuses, plus access to our 30-foot tumble track and two in-ground Olympic-sized trampolines—designed for both high-energy fun and enhanced safety.

The Sweet Pea Program is a playful, skill-based gymnastics program for children ages 1-6. With age-specific groups and developmentally appropriate activities, it focuses on building coordination, strength, and confidence through movement, music, and fun. It’s the perfect introduction to gymnastics in a nurturing, engaging environment.
1 Pea
Our 1 Pea class is specially designed for curious, active 1-year-olds! With a parent or caregiver guiding them, toddlers explore movement through fun, sensory-based activities that build coordination, balance, and social connection. Using soft gymnastics equipment, music, and playful games, your little one will crawl, climb, roll, and bounce their way through a nurturing environment that encourages discovery and early physical development. A perfect first step into the world of gymnastics!
Classes are 30 – minutes once a week
2/3 Pea
The 2/3 Pea class is an exciting next step for growing toddlers ready to move, climb, and explore with a bit more independence—while still supported by a parent or caregiver. This fun-filled class introduces basic gymnastics skills like jumping, rolling, balancing, and hanging, all through creative circuits, songs, and structured play. Children build strength, coordination, and confidence in a safe, upbeat environment designed just for their developmental stage. Parents stay actively involved, helping their child learn while having fun together!
Classes are 45 – minutes once a week
4 Pea
Our 4 Peas class is designed for confident, energetic 4-year-olds ready to take on gymnastics independently! In this class, students learn fundamental gymnastics skills like rolls, jumps, balances, and basic bar work through structured circuits, imaginative themes, and age-appropriate challenges. With no parent participation, children gain confidence, improve listening skills, and build coordination in a fun, encouraging environment. This class helps prepare young gymnasts for more advanced skills while fostering independence and a love for movement.
Classes are 45 – minutes once a week
5/6 Pea
Our 5 & 6 Peas class is a fun and active gymnastics class designed for children ages 5 and 6. Kids build strength, flexibility, and confidence while learning key skills like cartwheels, handstands, rolls, and beginner bar, beam, and vault work. With structured lessons and encouraging coaches, gymnasts stay engaged, improve technique, and develop a love for movement in a supportive, energetic environment.
Classes are 60 – minutes once a week
Our Recreational Gymnastics Program is designed for children ages 7 and up who want to stay active, build skills, and have fun in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Classes are grouped by age and experience to ensure each athlete receives age-appropriate instruction and challenge.
Ages 7-9
This class is designed for kids ages 7 to 9 who are ready to build on foundational skills and develop strength, coordination, and confidence. Athletes work on all major apparatuses—floor, bars, beam, and vault—while learning proper technique for skills like cartwheels, handstands, bridges, and more. With fun, structured instruction and positive coaching, gymnasts progress at their own pace in a supportive and motivating environment.
Classes are 60 – minutes once a week
Ages 10-15
This class is designed for gymnasts ages 10 to 15 who want to continue developing their skills in a supportive and challenging environment. Students work on all four apparatuses—floor, bars, beam, and vault—while focusing on strength, flexibility, technique, and progression. Whether continuing from earlier classes or starting fresh, gymnasts are encouraged to set personal goals, build confidence, and enjoy the process of improving at their own pace.

Intermediates (Ages 7+)
Our Intermediate Gymnastics class is for gymnasts ages 7 and up who have a strong foundation and are ready for a bit more challenge—while still training at a recreational level. This 1-hour class focuses on continued growth in strength, flexibility, control, and technique across all apparatuses. With structured lessons and a supportive environment, gymnasts are encouraged to progress at their own pace while staying active, confident, and motivated.

Our Tramp & Tumble class (Ages 6+) combines the excitement of trampoline with the dynamic skills of tumbling! In this class, participants will learn to bounce, flip, and tumble with confidence. Students will practice basic trampoline techniques, including jumps, twists, and form control, while also building tumbling skills like rolls, handstands, and cartwheels. This class helps improve coordination, strength, and air awareness, while giving athletes the opportunity to master both trampoline and tumbling skills in a fun and energetic environment.

Tumbling 1
Our Tumbling 1 group is perfect for beginners looking to develop and refine their tumbling skills. This class focuses on mastering foundational movements such as forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, bridges, and standing bridges. As students progress, they’ll work on more advanced combinations like the bridge kick-over, handstand forward roll, and handstand bridge kick-over. Coaches provide individualized attention to help students build strength, coordination, and flexibility while promoting proper technique and safety. Whether you’re new to tumbling or looking to perfect your skills, this class offers a fun, supportive environment to grow as a tumbler!

Tumbling 2
The Tumbling 2 group is for those who have mastered the basics and are ready to take their tumbling skills to the next level. In this class, athletes will focus on advanced movements such as back extension rolls, back walkovers, front walkovers, and Valdez. Students will also work on refining their back and front limbers, as well as learning front handsprings. One of the key goals of the class is to help connect multiple skills together to form complete tumbling passes. Coaches provide personalized guidance to improve technique, build strength, and increase flexibility, while helping each student develop the confidence to perform more complex skills.

Tumbling 3
The Tumbling 3 group is for athletes who are ready to master advanced tumbling techniques. In this class, participants will focus on perfecting complex skills such as standing back handsprings, round-off back handsprings, front tucks, side aerials, and standing back tucks. As they progress, athletes will work on combining skills into powerful tumbling passes, including the round-off back handspring back tuck, standing back handspring back tuck, and back layouts. The class also includes front and back pikes, front tuck step-outs, and techniques for connecting multiple skills into advanced sequences. Coaches provide individualized feedback to help participants improve technique, build strength, and refine flexibility, empowering them to perform more challenging tumbling routines with confidence.

Ages 4-6
The Pre-Team Group for ages 4 to 6 is designed for young gymnasts showing potential and interest in progressing to a competitive gymnastics team. Meeting twice a week for 1 hour, this group focuses on developing essential skills, strength, coordination, and body control across all gymnastics events. With a focus on technique, discipline, and physical development, gymnasts in this group are prepared for the next step toward joining a competitive team, all while enjoying a fun and structured environment.
Practice is 1 hour twice a week
Ages 7+
Our Pre-Team Group for ages 7 and up is for gymnasts who are ready to transition to a competitive gymnastics team. Meeting twice a week for 1.5 hours, this group provides focused training on strength, flexibility, technique, and skill development across all apparatuses. Gymnasts work on refining their abilities and mastering the basics needed to join a team program. Coaches foster the discipline, work ethic, and focus needed to succeed at the competitive level, preparing them for team gymnastics.
